¡La ventaja de esta máquina es el TIEMPO! Con su ciclo de refrigeración, no tiene que esperar demasiado para bajar la temperatura del chocolate después de derretirlo antes de volver a subir (Proceso de curva de templado).
Aura ofrece los beneficios de la tecnología de templado continuo de FBM a las máquinas de sobremesa.
El ciclo de templado continuo en Aura está controlado por una CPU dedicada programada a medida que monitorea y ajusta el calentamiento y el enfriamiento automáticamente dentro de un rango muy estrecho basado en los puntos de fusión y templado establecidos. El recipiente de trabajo se calienta por inducción termoeléctrica y el tubo de templado se enfría directamente con el gas refrigerante, lo que brinda tiempos de respuesta rápidos, control preciso y consumo de energía reducido.
El sinfín del tubo de templado del Aura se invierte automáticamente para vaciarlo, lo que reduce el tiempo necesario para reiniciar el ciclo de templado o cambiar el chocolate. Una actualización opcional del conjunto del tubo de templado permite quitar la bomba de tornillo de templado para limpiar la máquina cuando se cambian los chocolates por completo.

I was slightly concerned because it was my first time ordering from here. However, my shipment arrived a week before the expected date and was in perfect condition! The flour itself is great and I’ve made some amazing Viennoiseries with it. The dough comes out highly extensible and supple. I do wish the shipping fees were a bit lower as I’d originally planned on buying 2 bags but it was too expensive even with the 50% discount on the second bag. I’m definitely ordering again from them though!.
