How is this different from a regular customer account?
Wholesale members get tier-based pricing — 5% to 10% off ingredients and up to 5% off equipment — plus priority on equipment quotes and direct access to our team. Regular accounts have standard retail pricing only.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum per order. Tier qualification is based on annual volume — start at Basic, grow into Plus and Pro as your volume increases.
Can hobbyists apply?
Wholesale is for businesses that USE our products in their commercial operations. For hobbyist offers, sign up for our regular newsletter.
What's the difference between Wholesale and Distribution?
Wholesale is for end-users (chocolatiers, bakeries, restaurants) buying for their own production. Distribution is for businesses that resell our products to multiple end-users.
Do you offer wholesale accounts outside Canada?
Not yet. Wholesale accounts are currently available to Canadian businesses with a GST/HST number. Customers in the United States are welcome to order at regular pricing — we ship DDP, so duties and taxes are handled on our side.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net 30 is considered case by case, at our discretion, once we have an established order history together. It is not automatic with any tier.
