How does shipping work?

You see the exact live courier rate at checkout — no flat-rate markups. Selected products ship free to most of Canada on orders over $300 CAD; ingredients, machines and bulk orders ship at live rates because of their weight. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders are picked and packed in our Canadian warehouse within 1–2 business days, and the courier normally collects within 24 hours. Delivery inside Canada usually takes 1–7 business days depending on the service you choose. Special-order items ship from the manufacturer in Europe and show their lead time on the product page.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes — to the United States, Japan, Singapore and Israel, at live courier rates. U.S. orders ship DDP with duties collected at checkout. Food and ingredients ship within Canada only, and machines outside Canada are quoted door to door with duties and clearance included. See our full FAQ for the details.

Do you offer financing and wholesale pricing?

Yes. Equipment financing is available through our partner EconoLease, and businesses can apply for a Wholesale Account for tiered pricing. Machines bought from Zucchero also unlock 15% off genuine wear parts for as long as you own them, while the program is offered.
