ELECTRICAL GUIDE FOR CANADIAN KITCHENS
110V or 220V?
The Pavoni MiniTemper and Pomati T5 run on standard 110V. The Bilait Adam K6, Chocolate World CW12, CW24, and FBM equipment require a dedicated 220V circuit. Most commercial kitchens already have 220V. Contact us before ordering to confirm your setup.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Equipment FAQ.
What tempering machine works on 110V in Canada?
The Pavoni MiniTemper (3.5 kg) runs on standard 110V. For continuous tempering on 110V, the Pomati T5 (5 kg) is the only professional continuous machine on a standard North American outlet.
What is the difference between a melter and a tempering machine?
A melter holds chocolate at stable temperature for ganaches and fillings. A tempering machine controls the crystallization curve needed for glossy, snappy bonbon shells. If your product needs gloss and snap, you need a tempering machine.
How long does delivery take for made-to-order machines?
The Pavoni MiniTemper, Pomati T5, Bilait Adam K6, and Meltinchoc range ship from Calgary stock. Chocolate World CW12, CW24, CW40, and FBM bean-to-bar equipment are made-to-order with 8 to 16 week lead times. Contact us for current availability.
Do you offer financing for equipment purchases?
