Our machines are built in Europe and CE marked. Machines we configure for Canada are ordered for 60 Hz at 120 V, 208 V or 240 V single phase, or 208 V three phase. Machines are not CSA, cUL or UL certified unless this page says so; if your electrical authority requires a field evaluation to CSA SPE-1000, we can coordinate an on-site Intertek evaluation at your facility on request, quoted at an hourly rate and paid by you. If this page shows a different voltage, or a 50 Hz-only rating, ask us before ordering: some models need a specific configuration or a step-down transformer. Installation, the dedicated circuit and permits are done by your licensed electrician and are not included.

About this machine

The FBM Ninja Kid is a compact stainless steel cocoa bean cracker and winnower for bean-to-bar chocolate makers. It crushes roasted cocoa beans into nibs, with the cut adjustable to the size of the beans, and separates the nibs from the shells, ready for refining. FBM notes it can also reduce other dry fruits to nibs for spreadable creams.
A fan with adjustable suction draws off shells and dust into a cotton bag at the back, keeping the work area clean. The hopper lifts out for cleaning, and an electronic board reverses the roller automatically during operation for steady production.
