Electrical & Canadian approval
Our machines are built in Europe and CE marked. Machines we configure for Canada are ordered for 60 Hz at 120 V, 208 V or 240 V single phase, or 208 V three phase. Machines are not CSA, cUL or UL certified unless this page says so; if your electrical authority requires a field evaluation to CSA SPE-1000, we can coordinate an on-site Intertek evaluation at your facility on request, quoted at an hourly rate and paid by you. If this page shows a different voltage, or a 50 Hz-only rating, ask us before ordering: some models need a specific configuration or a step-down transformer. Installation, the dedicated circuit and permits are done by your licensed electrician and are not included.

The Pomati VITTI is a multifunctional dosing machine for chocolate and pastry laboratories, with a 12 kg hopper and a gear dosing system for precise, repeatable portions in single-shot or long-shot mode.
The hopper and the dosing head are heated separately, the dosing plate can be customized, and the bench height adjusts by hand. All settings are made on a touch-screen panel that saves up to 50 recipes.
