The Martellato EasySphere is a ball shaping machine for pastry: it turns strips of dough into perfectly round, same-size spheres — Martellato rates it at 3,500 spheres in 26 minutes, cutting production time by more than 50% compared with shaping by hand.
How it works: cut the dough into regular strips, roll them into cylinders on the plexiglass tray, insert the cylinder into the rail and turn the knob. The internal roller cuts the dough and shapes the balls, so any operator gets the same size every time. Martellato pairs it with its baci di dama (lady's kisses) recipe.
Choose the sphere size: 50ES01 for ø 20 mm (0.79 in) or 50ES02 for ø 24 mm (0.94 in). A removable plexiglass tray and a brush for cleaning the inner roller are included.
