Martellato acetate strips are food-grade, extra-transparent strips for lining molds and rings and for making and unmolding single portions and mignons: their non-stick surface releases cleanly. They are suitable for chilling in the blast chiller, freezer and refrigerator.
Three sizes, all 80 µm thick and packed 1,000 strips per box: 240 × 38 mm (9.45 × 1.50 in), 240 × 30 mm (9.45 × 1.18 in) and 150 × 23 mm (5.91 × 0.91 in). Made in Italy.
