A chablon is a thin silicone stencil mat: spread tempered chocolate across it, level it, and once set you lift out flat decorations of identical size. The Martellato Hearts mat makes 28 heart decorations in three sizes, up to 45 × 43 mm (1.77 × 1.69 in), 1.5 mm (0.06 in) thick, in one pass.
Use them to top single portions, snacks and cakes. Besides chocolate, Martellato designed the mat for isomalt, caramel, pastry and other doughs. Made in Italy.
