The QG10 is Pavoni Italia's 10 mm (0.39 in) stainless steel ganache frame for the Chitarra guitar cutter. Spread the ganache inside the frame, let it set, then cut the slab on the Chitarra into even squares or bars.
It fits both the Single Guitar Cutter CHITARRA/ and the Double Guitar Cutter BCD/I. Need another thickness? See the 5 mm (0.20 in) QG5 and 15 mm (0.59 in) QG15 frames.
