The Martellato CHOCOFORK is a kit of 10 chocolate dipping forks, one of each shape: 2-, 3- and 4-prong forks, spiral, triangle, drop, and round loops of 14, 16, 18 and 20 mm (0.55, 0.63, 0.71 and 0.79 in). Each is stainless steel wire on a black plastic handle, 18.5 cm (7.28 in) long.
Martellato makes them for dipping and lifting pralines and centres in tempered chocolate; the different shapes leave different marks, so the fork also becomes a decoration tool.
