About this tool

The Drop template is a stainless steel stencil designed by pastry chef Frank Haasnoot for Martellato, for making chocolate edging in a drop design quickly. It measures 300 × h 70 mm (11.81 × 2.76 in).
Martellato created the templates to finish cakes and single portions with a modern chocolate border. Two other designs complete the line: Flame 20FH52 and Heart Beat 20FH53.
