About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Foliage Gourmand silicone mat GG077S, designed by chef Paolo Griffa for Pavoni Italia, makes thin autumn-leaf decorations: 3 leaf designs with 15 indents each.

It belongs to Pavoni's Gourmand silicone mats for decorations: light, surprising designs that combine shape and taste, for tuiles and thin decorations on plated desserts and dishes. Like all Pavoni Italia silicone, the mat is dishwasher safe.

Other Griffa decoration mats: Floralia GG076S and Citrus GG078S. More Paolo Griffa designs.
