Pavoni Italia guitar sheets FCH34 are 390 × 390 mm (15.35 × 15.35 in) LDPE sheets for making chocolate decorations, 100 sheets per box in 25-sheet reams.
Pavoni designed them to give chocolate a smooth, glossy finish and to release finished pieces immediately. They are 100 µm thick, and they can also be used to separate desserts stored in the blast chiller so they do not stick together.
