About this tool
Professional-grade tools that hold up to daily production.
The Infinity Square by Martellato is a display stand for large square cakes, made entirely of clear plexiglass. Set it up with 3, 5 or 7 shelves to show a single cake or a full tiered presentation.
The square plates join with 24 short posts that screw into the shelves, so the stand takes apart for cleaning and storage. Made in Italy.
More presentation pieces in dessert cups, verrine cups and pastry display trays.
