The LT20H6 is Pavoni Italia's cutting frame for the Lira wire cutter, with the wires set 20 mm (0.79 in) apart. Fit it on the Lira and cut slabs of ganache, cremini, hazelnut chocolates, soft nougat or small pastries into even pieces of that width.
It fits both the Lira Automatic LIRA/E and the Lira Manual LIRA/M, which cut products up to 6 cm (2.36 in) high and frozen down to −15 °C. Frames are sold separately; Pavoni makes other spacings on request in multiples of 5 mm (0.20 in).
