Square Voilà are Pavoni Italia's disposable plastic molds for cakes. VLQ160 measures 160 × 160 × 40 h mm (6.30 × 6.30 × 1.57 in) and comes in boxes of 300.
Pavoni designed Voilà to speed up production: they reduce preparation time for semifreddos and cool quickly and evenly. The double-layered, reinforced plastic holds its shape and the grip tab makes demolding quick. There is nothing to wash, and they are 100% recyclable in the plastic supply chain.
