The Forosil Gastronorm 1/1 mat by Pavoni Italia is a micro-perforated, non-stick silicone mat of 475 × 275 mm (18.70 × 10.83 in) with rounded corners, made to fit Gastronorm 1/1 trays.
Pavoni designed its rounded-corner mats for catering and restaurant kitchens that bake in Gastronorm trays. Like all Forosil mats, the micro-holes help distribute heat evenly under the product.
