Chocolart red cocoa butter is a ready-to-use coloured cocoa butter from Pavoni Italia's Chocolart range by Emmanuele Forcone. Use it to colour chocolate in the mass, on the surface and in the mold.
Each 200 g bottle is E171 free. Melt it, mix well and apply it where your recipe needs it: painted or sprayed into molds before shelling, on finished pieces, or stirred into the chocolate itself.
