Seasons cherry red natural cocoa butter is a Pavoni Italia cocoa butter coloured with natural vegetable concentrates, made for colouring chocolate masses, for direct application, for glazes and for velvet-effect finishes. It is vegan friendly.
A 200 g bottle, E171 free. Melt it and brush or spray it into molds or onto acetate and guitar sheets, or mix it into chocolate and glazes for pralines, bars, cakes and petits fours.
