Shiny Spray is Martellato's food-grade shellac lacquer in a 300 mL (10.14 US fl oz) aerosol can, made to polish and protect sugar- and chocolate-based surfaces, from sugar showpieces to chocolate pieces.
Transparent finish. Azo-free and gluten-free. Can size ø 65 × 200 mm (ø 2.56 × 7.87 in).
