The XF06 Square Micro-Perforated Tart Ring is a Pavoni Italia stainless steel band with rounded corners for square tarts of 6–8 portions, 190 × 190 × 35 mm inside (7.48 × 7.48 × 1.38 in).
The micro-perforated wall lets the pastry bake evenly and unmold easily, so you can line, blind-bake and fill in the same ring. At 35 mm (1.38 in) high it suits a deeper tart with more filling.
Same outline, other height: XF04, 20 mm (0.79 in) high. More tart and quiche rings and micro-perforated pastry rings.
