About this mat

The Forosil Strip STRIP20FPC is a Pavoni Italia micro-perforated silicone strip of 635 × 18 mm (25.00 × 0.71 in, max. height) for lining smooth stainless steel cake bands. Pavoni packs them 10 per box.
The strips are totally non-stick and their micro-holes give a better, more even heat distribution, so cakes bake evenly and unmold easily without greasing the band. Use them for baked cakes and leavened preparations. Developed by Pavoni in cooperation with Stefano Laghi.
Pair them with smooth pastry rings. Other heights: STRIP30FPC (28 mm / 1.10 in), STRIP35FPC (33 mm / 1.30 in), STRIP40FPC (38 mm / 1.50 in).
