The Sauvage log texture mat TX02 by Pavoni Italia is a 250 × 180 mm (9.84 × 7.09 in) silicone mat that gives a yule log a relief of overlapping leaves. Pavoni makes its log textures to be used with the Pavocake log mold KE012, for a fast and striking decoration of the log.
Like all Pavoni Italia silicone, the mat is 100% platinum silicone, works from -40 °C to +250 °C and is dishwasher safe.
Use it with the Bûche log mold KE012S. Other textures: Cabosse TX01, Rollé TX03 and Chocolat TX04. See all log and bûche silicone molds.
