About this transfer sheet

Give Valentine's Day bonbons, bars and gift pieces a decorative finish with Pavoni Italia's Hearts transfer sheets: a red hand-drawn hearts design on 340 × 265 mm (13.39 × 10.43 in) sheets, 30 per box.
The design is screen-printed with cocoa butter-based colours, E171 and AZO free. They are suitable for dark, milk and white chocolate. Each box holds 30 sheets wrapped in packs of 10.
How it works: lay the sheet, design side down, on tempered chocolate (or place it in the mold), let the chocolate set, then peel the sheet away — the design stays on the chocolate.
