About this mold
Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.
The Chiffon Tree BPA-free chocolate mold (21MA3017) is Martellato's Christmas tree: two half molds (layout 2 × 1) make one 3D tree of 120 × 123 × 150 mm (4.72 × 4.84 × 5.91 in), about 250 g.
Cast the halves and join them for a centrepiece tree for the Christmas window, a gift or a buffet. The tray is 275 × 175 × 65.6 mm (10.83 × 6.89 × 2.58 in). Made in Italy in Martellato's BPA-free line.
