The TCH37.5 is Pavoni Italia's cutting frame for the Chitarra guitar cutter, with the wires set 37.5 mm (1.48 in) apart. Use it to cut set slabs of ganache and confectionery into even portions of that width.
It fits both the Single Guitar Cutter CHITARRA/ and the Double Guitar Cutter BCD/I. The single CHITARRA comes with the TCH22.5, TCH30 and TCH37.5 frames, so this is also its spare frame; the BCD/I is sold without frames.
Other wire spacings: TCH7.5, TCH15, TCH22.5, TCH30. Set the slab to an even height first with a Chitarra ganache frame.
