The Chocolate World M1300NSA non-stop auger keeps a constant supply of tempered chocolate flowing from your automatic tempering machine, and its 3-way valve doses the exact same amount of chocolate every time — ideal for chocolate products with specific weight requirements, where consistency is key.
It fits the CW40, CW60 and CW80 tempering machines. The 3-way valve runs on compressed air (compressor not included). Add the M1300E dosing head to fill mold cavities directly, without manual scraping.
