About this tool

The Chocolate World clamp KLEM35 holds the two halves of a double frame chocolate mold together. It is made for molds with a tray height of 35 mm (1.38 in) and is a flat stainless steel strip with rolled ends.
A double mold on a 35 mm (1.38 in) tray is, for example, the Half Sphere mold CW2252. Line the halves up with the KLEMWAN centering pin.
Other tray heights: KLEM24 for 24 mm (0.94 in) trays, KLEM30 for 30 mm (1.18 in) trays and KLEM40 for 40 mm (1.57 in) trays.
