The Martellato Croissant Bar 30CB01 is a stainless steel mold made of two U-shaped bars that fit together and lock with two side hooks, holding the dough steady during baking.
The result is a square, geometric croissant bar of 365 × 30 × 30 mm (14.37 × 1.18 × 1.18 in) with well-developed, evenly baked layers. A 60 × 40 cm (23.62 × 15.75 in) tray takes 8 molds. Sold as a pack of 2 bars; made in Italy.
