About this mold

The Pavocake insert mold KE020 makes one ring-shaped insert of about 520 ml (outer Ø 153 mm / 6.02 in) that is combined with Pavoni's ring cake molds to build a layered cake.

Pavoni developed these cake molds with World Pastry Champion Emmanuele Forcone for a spectacular 3D effect. Like all Pavoni Italia silicone, it goes from blast chiller to oven without waiting and is dishwasher safe.

It combines with Queen KE018S, Royal KE019S, Galaxy KE032S, Singapore KE036S and Nevada KE047S. See the full Pavocake collection.
