About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Marron Pavoflex silicone mold PX4357S is Cédric Grolet's chestnut design for Pavoni Italia: 20 chestnut-shaped pieces of about 65 ml, made to top single-serving tarts.

Pavoflex molds are made of liquid platinum silicone with an injection process that gives a sharp definition of detail, and they work in both the oven and the blast chiller.

Pavoni pairs it with the micro-perforated tart band XF7020 for the tart shell. The same chestnut comes as the Marron cake mold KE056S and the Pavoduo Marron AF007S. See all Cédric Grolet designs.
