The Martellato NSAH55 acetate roll is 55 mm high food-grade acetate film, 300 m long, for lining cake rings and moulds and for making and unmoulding single portions and mini pastries.
It is extra-clear, non-stick and highly durable, and suitable for blast chillers, freezers and refrigerators. The roll fits Martellato's MartCutter 50MC001 electric ribbon cutter.
