About this machine
Engineered to run all day. Supported for years.
The Meltinchoc MC104 is Martellato's analogue dry-heat chocolate melter with a removable 13.7 L stainless steel tank, a plastic body and lid, and a manual thermostat. It melts chocolate and holds it fluid at the temperature you set, for pastry shops, ice cream shops and bakeries.
The compact countertop body measures 39.5 × 62 × 13.5 cm (15.55 × 24.41 × 5.31 in). The thermostat sets the heating level, not the chocolate itself, so Martellato recommends checking the chocolate with a food thermometer such as the Martellato Digital Thermometer for Chocolate 50T001.
Includes one 145 mm (5.71 in) scraper. Other sizes: 3.6 L, 6 L, 9 L. Want guided tempering programs? See the Digital Meltinchoc 13.7 L, or browse all chocolate melters.
