About this mold

The Passion Pavocake mold KE016S makes a heart-shaped cake of about 960 ml, 175 × 165 × 58 mm (6.89 × 6.50 × 2.28 in). Pavoni Italia developed it with World Pastry Champion Emmanuele Forcone for desserts with a 3D effect, and lists it among its Valentine's Day molds.

Like all Pavoni Italia silicone, the mold goes from blast chiller to oven without waiting and is dishwasher safe.

Pavoni pairs it with the smaller Passion KE017S, listed on its site as the insert ("Passion Inside"). More Emmanuele Forcone designs.
