With a 16 kg tank, a touch screen control panel, three-zone tempering, and a removable stainless steel auger, it delivers precise, stable crystal formation for consistent daily production.

Ideal for artisan chocolatiers, pastry shops, and confectionery labs producing bonbons, enrobed pieces, and moulded chocolates at a professional pace. Connects directly to compatible Pomati enrobing belts and pneumatic dosing plates. Night mode preserves chocolate properties between production shifts.
