The CW1588 polycarbonate chocolate bar mold by Chocolate World makes 9 small, thin tablets of 12 g per tray, each 67 × 33 mm (2.64 × 1.30 in) and divided into small squares — a tasting-size tablet for samples.
Chocolate World lists it in its Bean to Bar range. At 5 mm (0.20 in) deep it sets fast; fill with well-tempered chocolate, vibrate out the air, scrape flush and let it crystallize before turning the bars out with several light taps — Chocolate World advises keeping torsion of the mold to a minimum.
