About this mold

The Bar Square Sphere polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 8 bars of 36.5 g per tray, each 117.5 mm (4.63 in) long and made of five domed square segments — a soft, pillowed bar that is easy to break and well suited to filling.
Chocolate World designed and developed it with Alexandre Bourdeaux, alongside a matching tablet and praline. Fill with well-tempered chocolate, vibrate out the air, scrape flush and let it crystallize before turning the bars out with several light taps — Chocolate World advises keeping torsion of the mold to a minimum.
