The Chocolate World M1850AP is the accessory for partial enrobing on the M1850 enrobing unit, Chocolate World's 300 mm (11.81 in) enrobing station for cooling tunnels. It lets the station coat only part of each product.
For a dedicated partial-coating station — a 300 mm (11.81 in) grill split into three 90 mm (3.54 in) sections whose centre grill partially coats products such as cookies, dried fruit and confectionery — Chocolate World also builds the M1850X3.
