The Chocolate World M1850 is a conveyor enrober that coats confectionery, truffles, biscuits and pastry with a curtain of tempered chocolate — full, partial or bottom-only. Products travel on the grill belt through an adjustable chocolate curtain, while a vibrating unit, air blower and detailer settle the coating and remove the tail.

It pairs with a Chocolate World CW40 or CW60 tempering machine, which supplies the chocolate (the overflow drains back to the tempering reservoir). Use it standalone on the bench, or mount it at the infeed of a Chocolate World cooling tunnel (M1850T4 Premium or M1850TD6 Delight) for a continuous enrobe-and-cool line.

Options: bottom enrobing (M1850AB), partial enrobing (M1850AP), plexi cover (M1850APL), and the X3 triple-curtain version (M1850X3).
