Overall I’m very pleased with the quality of the equipment I ordered from Zucchero. The materials feel durable, the finish is excellent, and they perform well for chocolate work.
The only issue I encountered was with the chocolate bar tablet mold (CW2436), described online as a “spacious mold perfect for filled tablets and inclusion bars.” Based on the product photos, I expected the cavities to be deeper. When it arrived, it became clear that the mould isn’t deep enough to comfortably produce filled chocolate bars, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, the overall quality of the molds is very good, and aside from this one detail, I’m happy with the purchase.
After returning from a trip, I decided to try French flour for bread. 🥖 I only needed the small bags (2.2 lbs I think) which were sold out. I requested notification when the flour was restocked. Two folks let me know when the flour was in! Amazing customer service!

Kati was very nice and helpful. Picking up the product was very easy however, the location was a little bit confusing. The price of the product was a bit more expensive online than what I'm used to paying.
