About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Space Alphabet polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 21 plain, smooth square caraques of 5.7 g per tray, 30.5 × 30.5 mm (1.20 × 1.20 in) — the blank square that goes with Chocolate World’s caraque alphabet.

Chocolate World lists it in its Letters & Numbers range next to the caraque alphabet molds of the same 30.5 mm (1.20 in) square size, and again among its caraques and blocks. At 5.58 mm (0.22 in) deep it is a flat piece: fill with well-tempered chocolate, scrape the mold clean, let set and turn the squares out with several light taps.

The lettered squares: Caraque Part 1 Alfabet 21 Fig Chocolate Mold CW1742 and Caraque Part 2 Alfabet 21 Fig Chocolate Mold CW1743. Browse all alphabet and number chocolate molds or the full Chocolate World mold range.
