About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The American Truffle S polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 21 tall round truffle shells of 25 g per tray (ø 35 × 30 mm, 1.38 × 1.18 in) — a generous single truffle for ganache fillings.

The tray is 35 mm (1.38 in) high. Use well-tempered chocolate in a clean, dry mold, cap the filled shells and turn them out with several light taps. Read what a chocolate truffle is.

Same model in Serie 2000: American Truffle Chocolate Mold CW2280. Other sizes: American Truffle L Chocolate Mold CW1291 (44 g) and American Truffle Chocolate Mold CW1867 (9.5 g). More in the Chocolate World mold range.
