About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Bear Double polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 14 teddy-bear halves of 25 g per tray — fronts and backs that are joined into small three-dimensional chocolate bears for children’s gifts and window displays.

Chocolate World lists it as a recto/verso double mold: the bear is made of two different halves (front and back, 2 × 25 g), and its catalog says to order two molds to make the complete model. Use well-tempered chocolate and turn the halves out with several light taps. For each set of molds, Chocolate World recommends 4 clamps and 2 centering pins — see our clamps for 24 mm (0.94 in) trays (KLEM24) and centering pins (KLEMWAN).
