About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Half Sphere Ø 30 mm (1.18 in) polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 24 smooth half-spheres of 9 g per Serie 1000 tray — for chocolate spheres and bombs, dome pralines and plated-dessert decorations.

Chocolate World sells it as a double model (2 × 9 g): two halves make one complete sphere. To make the double model, order at least 2 molds; for each set, Chocolate World recommends 4 clamps and 2 centering pins — see our clamps for 24 mm (0.94 in) double frame molds (KLEM24) and centering pins (KLEMWAN).

The decorated Half Sphere Belle Époque Star Chocolate Mold CW1900 fits on this mold. The same model in Serie 2000: Half Sphere Ø 30 mm (1.18 in) Chocolate Mold CW2467. Browse all sphere and dome chocolate molds or the full Chocolate World mold range.
