The Lollipop Hare polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 8 hare lollipops of 16 g per tray — a standing hare in a jacket, 74 × 30 mm (2.91 × 1.18 in).
It is the Serie 2000 version of the same hare (Chocolate World: same model as CW1299). Fill the cavities with well-tempered chocolate, lay a stick in each channel, scrape clean and let set; then turn the lollipops out with several light taps — Chocolate World advises minimising torsion of polycarbonate molds.
