About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Volcano polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 21 volcano-shaped bonbons of 10 g per tray, 31 × 31 mm (1.22 × 1.22 in) across, with a flat crater top and lava drips running down the sides — a striking cone for filled pralines.

Chocolate World designed and developed it in cooperation with chocolatier Louis Tanuhadi; its 2018 catalog pairs it with his kaffir lime leaf and lemon grass ganache in its Chef’s Signature pages. The tray is 26 mm (1.02 in) high. Fill with well-tempered chocolate in a clean, dry mold — see our step-by-step guide to shiny bonbons.

Packed in Canada in 1–2 business days, then 1–7 business days in transit — special-order items show their lead time.
