About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Ballotin polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 24 bonbons of 15 g per tray, each shaped like a small ballotin box with a folded lid — a classic praline for filled assortments and gift boxes.

It is the Serie 1000 version (275 × 135 mm, 10.83 × 5.31 in). For the best gloss, use well-tempered chocolate in a clean, dry mold and turn the bonbons out with several light taps — see step-by-step guide to shiny bonbons.

The same model in Serie 2000 trays: Ballotin Chocolate Mold CW2160 and Ballotin Chocolate Mold CW2325; a smaller ballotin: Ballotin Chocolate Mold CW1866. More bonbon and praline molds in the full Chocolate World mold range.

Packed in Canada in 1–2 business days, then 1–7 business days in transit — special-order items show their lead time.
