About this mold

Crisp detail and a clean release — batch after batch.

The Truffle polycarbonate chocolate mold by Chocolate World makes 40 swirl-textured half-spheres of 6 g per tray, 27 × 27 mm (1.06 × 1.06 in), on the wider Serie 2000 tray; two halves joined together give one round truffle.

Chocolate World lists it as a double mold (2 × 6 g, two identical halves). It advises ordering at least 2 molds and, for each set, 4 clamps and 2 centering pins — see our Clamp for Double Frame Molds 24 mm (the tray is 24 mm, 0.94 in, high) and Centering Pin for Double Frame Molds KLEMWAN.
