The KLEM40 clamp by Chocolate World holds the two halves of a double frame mold closed while the chocolate sets. It is made for double molds whose frame is 40 mm (1.57 in) high — Chocolate World sizes each clamp to the height of the mold.
For each set of double molds, Chocolate World recommends 4 clamps and 2 KLEMWAN centering pins. For lower frames, use the 24 mm, 30 mm or 35 mm clamp.
